INVENTIONS
Invention is a unique device, method, composition or process. The invention process is a process within an overall engineering and product development process. It may be an improvement upon a machine or product or a new process for creating an object or a result.
Some inventions can be patented. A patent legally protects the intellectual property rights of the inventor and legally recognizes that is an invention.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Intellectual property rights (IPRs) are the rights granted to the creators of IP, and include trademarks, copyright, patents, industrial design rights, and in some jurisdictions trade secrets. Artistic works including music and literature, as well as discoveries, inventions, words, phrases, symbols, and designs can all be protected as intellectual property.
TRADEMARKS
Trademarks are distinctive signs that individuals, businesses, or other legal entities use. Trademarks are commonly three, different symbols based on whether they are unregistered, registered, or simply unregistered service marks. If trademark infringement occurs, owners of a registered trademark have the option of filing a lawsuit to head off any unauthorized usage of his trademark. Commonly, trademarks can either be symbols, logos, names, phrases, words, images, designs, or even a mix of any of these elements.
COPYRIGHT
Copyright applies to work that is recorded in some way; rights exist in items such as literary, artistic, musical and dramatic work as well as films, sound recordings and typographical arrangements. It gives the author specific rights in relation to the work, prohibits unauthorised actions, and allows the author to take legal action against instances of infringement or plagiarism.
PATENTS
A patent is defined as a group of exclusive rights that a government can give to an inventor for a specific period of time, provided that he publically divulges the invention. The invention has to be industrially applicable, new, useful, and non-obvious. Patent rights generally mean that other people are not allowed to use, make, sell, or distribute the invention without any permission.
TRADE SECRET
A trade secret can be a process, practice, design, formula, pattern, or a collection of information that is not commonly known or plausibly attainable. A trade secret is also generally something by which a business can get an economic advantage over its customers or its competitors.
IMCOME
Income is money or other forms of payment (received periodically or regularly) from inventions, commerce, employment, endowment, investment, royalties, etc.

This license lets others distribute, remix, tweak, and build upon your work, even commercially, as long as they credit you for the original creation. This is the most accommodating of licenses offered. Recommended for maximum dissemination and use of licensed materials.

MY LICENCE
I will use Attribution 4.0 international (CC BY 4.0) becasuse I want to share my work with everybody, especialy with people that work in Agroecological area. I hope that my work can be replicated, improved and produced and it can be used in different agricultural applications.
FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES
In future, I will set up a agro-electronic company. I don't know alone or with a partner, I know that when a project is developed, always appear people who can support you.
I am part of a group of people who have agroecological farmers. The idea is to create electronic systems develovement with them, that can help them, and it can be managed and controlled with a friendly and simple technology, with low costs.
For this specific project, I hope to financiale with the contributions of the farmers themselves and with the funding of the organization to which they belong.
The project contains electronic devices that can be obtained from local stores. However, to design surface plates, it will be necessary to look for the devices in the capital city.
I hope to sell the first systems to the group mentioned and then offer it locally to the farmers. Probably later use a web page to offer my product nationwide.
