Welcome to my Fabacademy-2017 site. I am very excited to be part of this experience of learning-by-doing. My heart was always on making or more correctly 'trying to make' things. I am sure that the tools and techniques that I learn here would boost my confidence to make (nearly) anyhing as the fabacademy course tag-line goes.
I am doing the fabacademy from the Fablab Kerala at Trivandrum. Located at Technopark, this fablab is one of a kind facility in this region. Vinod, Vishnu and our own Yadu are leading the activities here, and our local class has 8 motivated learners.
My Final project is the FabWheel, which is like a hamster wheel for humans. I have designed and and made this using the CNC, 3D printer etc available at our fablab. I also made an microcontroller board with sensor and an app on which the rotations of the fabwheel could displayed.
