About Me
Hello everybody, I am 22 years old from Huancayo, Perú which belongs to the Andes mountain range. Currently I am living in Lima, eight hours from Huancayo by car. I am passionate about electronics and technology in general. The photo on the left was taken on "El Comercio" factory, a company dedicated to the sale of media and news. My first contact with the automation and application of electronics.
I have studied Electronics and Industrial Automation at Tecsup, Lima from 2011 to 2013. Then, I worked in FabLab Tecsup as an assistant during FabAcadmy 2014. At the end of 2015, go to work at UTEC. At the middle of 2015, my father's death was a turning point on my life that allow me to think what I want for my life. I had a trip to an American company that manufactures the best dataloggers at 2016. Campbell Scientific. I could see the whole manufacturing process and hear the history of how the company started, told by Joshua Campbell, a descendant of the founders. It was amazing and empowered me a lot! During this trip I redesigned my dreams, being one of them:
"Someday my country [Peru] will be a world power in electronic manufacture or manufacture top technology. Because of the human potential it has, the micro-enterprises that are on that path and for all the resources we have to make it happen!"
On 2016 I became a Partner of [iFurniture] a Peruvian startup who works with wood using digital fabrication, "#CarpinteríaDigital" as we called. Founded by a Fabber of Academy 2014, Vaneza Caycho, Could see our work Here! .
Now, I am taking Fab Academy 2017 through a scholarship provided by Continental University from Huancayo in order to open a Fab Lab outside Lima supported by this university, the first I think.
This is going to be a great opportunity to descentralize those knowledge about technology in my country starting with Huancayo then with other cities. Besides, apply this knowledge in agriculture, one of the main commercial activities, and other fields to improve the lives of many people in my country and why not in the world.
