read the material safety data sheet (MSDS) and technical data sheet (TDS) for the resins that you're using
design and fabricate a 3D mold (~ft2) and produce a fiber composite part in it

This company does not have TDS in their office. Their factory has TDS, so they will send me after they get it.
Design 3D mold
I decided to make a simple tray. I designed 3D mold based on simple rectangular.
When I make rectangular, I used
makercase.com first. Then arrange some part for laser cutting.
Outside mold: strengthened by T-slot
Inside mold: glued close-box
Estimated material thickness which is the gap between inside mold and out side mold is 5mm.

Fiber Material
I used dungaree as natural fiber. The thickness is about 1mm. I suppose to use this up to 5 ply for 5mm gap of molds.
I firstly made pattern paper which fits in the outside mold by laser cutter. Then I cut dungaree by scissors in that shape.
First try Cover the molds by plastic wrap and set 2 ply of dungaree. Pour the resin which is same as week12.
Because pot life of this resin is 120 sec, I quickly pour resin on dungaree and put inside mold on. I thought there is not enough time to set clamps to press. Then keep pressing by my hand. Estimate volume of resin is difficult in my case.
Result:
Volume of resin(40g+40g) was not enough
Compression was not enough
120 sec was enough to set clamps
Second try Resin(55g+55g) is prepared.Press by clamps.
