I designed a small dart, When I finish my final project, I'll make a little device inside the arm armor to launch the dart.
When I finish the model in SketchUp, I adjusted it to the cutting model.
Material: blue machine wax
Rough Cut: 3mm square endmill with 6mm shank diametor
Final Cut:1mm ball endmill witk 4mm shank diametor

Because of the design, resin could not reach the the top of the dart, this problems will be resolved in the next time. Fortunately, this time the part has not been completed just decoration.
At first, I designed this dart as missile for my final project-Arm Armor. But when I finished the dart with resin, I found it was very sharp, that could be very dangerous If I launch it, so I used the iron ball instead of the dart.
