Here there be craziness.
Final Project

Building a simple pick & place
Making your own tools is often considered one of the basic signs of intelligence. I want to make a tool, something useful for making other stuff. It's one of a number of projects I would love to do, like building a small robot, but it's the first useful one that came to my mind. We have a tool here that is meant to be useful for putting solder paste on circuit boards, and placing parts on them. Tiny parts. I happen to do a lot of tiny electronics, so it should be a godsend. Except it isn't. It might be me working in strange ways, but for me, it just doesn't work. So now I'm building my own.
On the pages below I track what I've done to the project. Stay tuned - New parts can pop up at any given time.

- Post 01 (Week 01): Refining the dream idea
- Post 00 (Week 00): What I want to build, and why
