3D Model + PCB + C Code

The 3D model of my final project is made with On-Shape and it is shared on-line. You are free to download its parts in order to make it at your Fab Lab.

Processes employed

Impeller part:
Designed parametrically with OnShape
Processed with laser machine
Assembled with bolts

Motor system:
The support that fixs the motor to its frame is designed parametrically with OnShape
The support have been processed with 3D printing

Frames part:
Designed with OnShape
Processed with laser cutting machine

Case system:
Designed with OnShape with only press-fit joints
Processed with laser machine

Carbon filter part:
It is hand-cutted and located on its frame

Electronic board:
Designed with Eagle
Processed with milling machine and hand-soldered with its components
Program to turn the motor at three different speeds done in C language

Total cost: 18.31 euro
