The Intellectual Property Rights or just IPRs is the legal form that give rights and protects them for the content creator as well as the end users. It defines what can be done and what cannot be. Some of these are internationally valid and each country has their on set of laws too. I usually provide Creative commons By SA which should be read as Creative commons attribution share alike. This is a kind of licensing declaration which here states that the content can be copied, reused and distributed if given attribute to the original creator.

Licencing is the long list including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, etc. The things which can be IP protected include original works, processes, creative works, inventions, designs etc.

Generally 'terms and conditions' for the proprietary software and some hardware prevent us from tampering with the 'product', modifying it, sharing it, taking parts of it for our use etc. Some prevent us from using their product for our commercial purpose etc. And generally the permission to use their product need a licence key to activate the licence

I personally believe in open sourcing.People can use my project observation and they will give their own contribution in my work. But I like to get credit of my work.

Copyleft

I stated some of my terms and conditions, copyleft is the practice of doing exactly that. It gives the information free. give credit to the original creators and contributors, and all the derivatives and modifications will also follow the same procedure. I believe that this is the reason why we came so far from the apes, free distribution of the knowledge so that others can build up on that, one can only do so little with his short life. So everyone need not invent the wheel.

Choosing a License for My Work.

I prefer the CC-BY-SA License for all my Fab Academy documentation, the final project and all the assignments(documentation only).Creative Commons is like... It is maintained by a non-profit organization based out of America. It provide the option to legally distribute and give the work to the public. There are different flavors which the content creator can choose and make the license. I have discussed what I usually give under CC licensing. The CC is very commonly used in licensing creative contents and you can see it around the web in many places. CC is inspired from commons ideology. The licenses is generally known as "some right reserved" similar to the "All rights reserved" of copy right.

Marketing My Product

I'm not planning to market this product yet. I just solve problem of vigyan ashram biofilter. If anyone interested in this task then they will do by their own. My work is open to all!

Now, when considering future of this project... Its essential system where the water problems are more, i.e. drought prone areas. In india there is lots of areas like Pabal village those has same problem. When we treat that grey water and use fresh water for only drinking purpose then we can save plenty of water.

In India we have municipal offices they has such program like waste management and there treatment. Under that program we can treat grey water and that water will use for the toilet flush. Also considering industrial sector, there is huge scope for the grey water treatment plants. We can add multiple aerator for large tanks and provid artificial lightning inside the tank. Yes , project needs good construction and packaging for electronic devices. We can use water proof casing for that devices.

Driving cost of Grey water treatment plant is almost non because of it will works on a solar energy. If someone hire me for this project installation I will definetly gives there my 100%. We will combine another water treatment in this plant. So, possibilities are more and also have lots to learn in this project.
