I am planning on finding and using a Nitrogen (N), Phospherous (P), Potassium (K), and Calcium (Ca) meters for inputs if they are not too expensive. I want to be able to monitor the amounts of dissolved solids of each essecial nutrient in solution so I can quickly read it, and adjust the nutrient solution accrdingly back to baseline levels (based on the current growth phase).
Update: Not only are these meters incredibly difficult to find, and I'm not completely sure I understand what I am reading when I am reading spec. sheets on multiple sensors, but they are all quite expensive (some more than others).
It is far too complicated to make my own; I wish there was a more miniturized, and affordable version of these sensors.
I will need to rethink my inputs for my final project. There is no way I can afford to make a NPKCa meter for every reservoir in the room.
