This is the one main phrase of MIT license. It represents that the owner will be secured regarding his copy rights from anyone else , also the owner will express his work to the public nations for development and improving of his project.

Creative Common :

In this kind of license , the designer gives his users the chance to use the software to others , while they must consider the terms and conditions declared in the license. also this license protects the users from copyright issues while using the software. The user of the software is required to assure the designer a clear credit by distinguishing the license notice, copyright and the whole names of the designers.

I will use Creative Common because of this kind of license including benefits for the owner and preventing the mis-using for the product.
