Week 11 – Machine Design

This week assignment is to complete the assignment that we start it in week 9 ( Part 1 ) , which we design the machine and now we have to automate the machine that we design it in week 9. Simply we need to operate the machine by using stepper motors , LED holders , rod holder , belts , bearings .. etc.

The process simply is to automate the machine which we already designed it in week 9 , even if the machine failed to be automated for any reason , we have to find out the issues causes , then try again and again until we succeed in automate the machine which is our assignment for this week ( Part 2 – Week 11 ).

* My Contribution :

My part will be the assembling and quality assurance for the whole process of the machine automating and making in the same time , also making sure of safety for everyone as safety always come first in each activity and at the same time collect the machine parts before assembling and operate it manually. As this step very important and critical to make sure machine is correctively working as per fab lab academy standards and to avoid any problems in the machine or in machine parts individual also we have to monitor the stepper motors , LED holders , rod holder , belts and all other parts to automate the machine beside to check any technical issue that could happen to avoid any late in making the machine for this week assignment so I take some pictures for the assembling and quality assurance process for the machine that we make inside Kuwait fab lab.
