Hello! My name is Suhail, currently pursuing Fab Academy from FabLab Kochi, Kerala. I spend lots of time with computer every day and I learn a lot. I am a curious learner, passionate programmer, intermediate gnu/linux user, avid reader with interest in music, pencil drawing etc. I am also interested in human behavior and brain science. One question that I am eager to find out answer for is, why are some people passionate about something and what drives them?
I did my graduation in Electronics & Communication Engineering in the year 2014, from GCEK. After college I started a webdevelopment firm along with my friends. I have 2+ years of experience in webdesign and development. I believe in free software philosophy and I am looking forward to use my skills for the development of free software community. I met my mentor in a community program held at Kochi, who is currently helping me in contributions. I am involved in debian packaging where we built debian(.deb) packages for npm(node.js) modules. I had also contributed a few codes to the project npm2deb, which is written in python.
About This Site
This website is dedicated to document all my activities I will be doing for completion the course FabAcademy. This site is created using reST with the help of python-pelican. The theme, named 'wandermind', is built by myself for my future blog wandermind. I shall be uploading source code in my github repo once I fix all bugs. You are free to fork and use it for your projects(if you like it :) ). As you can see I love simple and distraction-free designs.
