Applications and Implication

What will it do?

This machine make vacuum forming.
Put the material in the machine the machine go to the heat part, and heat the material until it is hot enought to go the vacuum table.
The movement with the heat parte until vacuum part i have two stepper motors, click in button go to top and go to down.
After the material is god enought to go the vacuum to make the mold of the object.

who's done what beforehand?

Yes but dont this way.
I never see the vacuum forming the format.

The material for construcion the machine i buy in a shop call Leroy Merlin in Portugal.
The Mechanical parts i buy in ebay.
The Electronic i make my board and to make the board i buy the material in farnell.
The aspirator i use my house aspirator.

What parts and systems will be made?

The parts and systems will be made is all struture the machine all and all electronic. I design all machine in solidworks and the electronic in eagle.

What processes will be used?

The processes i used is 2D and 3D Design to make an design the estruture of the machine. Laser Cutter to cut the parts of estruture this machine. Electronics Design to make the 3 board of this machine use 1 with Atmega 328 and the other two to put the driver stepper dvr8800. 3D printig to make the support to put the aspirator to make the vacuum. Embeded Programing to program the board. And input the Devices and output to control the steppers and to read the buttons.

how will it be evaluated?

Is working and finish? Can understand the functionality of the machine? Works Correctly?
