INVENTION
The NICO-TINE Cigarette Butt picking remote controlled mobile robot is composed of three parts. It consists of hardware, software, and the design process for building the Rover and Robot Arm. The project and all the additional files will be available online through my Fab Academy website and will be available to the public to download and develop further as desired. The NICO-TINE Cigarette Butt picking remote controlled mobile robot may be reproduced, modified, distributed, performed, and displayed for any purpose, but the "project name" and the name of the "author" must be acknowledged.

DISSEMINATION PLAN
The NICO-TINE Cigarette Butt picking remote controlled mobile robot can be disseminated via the sharing of source code, hardware design-blueprints as well as process know-how. The Target Audience includes anybody who is able to enhance or better the source code, hardware design or process design know-how, and then publishes their contribution openly and freely to the public. The need to disseminate this project's resources include enabling the open source hardware community to successfully create and showcase their own version of a Mobile Robot with Robot Arm design. Since the original files and blueprints of this project are available for download on this Fab Academy Student Website - stakeholders are free to download and replicate any and all parts of the robot at will. If there is someone from another Fab Lab in the world can use this project as a starting point in their own development of a similar Mobile Robot with Robot Arm, then it is my hope that they can further develop and improve the current robot. If this robot will be useful for commercial purposes, stakeholders are permitted to try and leverage any assistance I can offer in order to see this project reach whatever funding goal or target price that is placed on it.
