Computer-controlled Cutting


I have used solid works and Corel Draw to demonstrate the the design and the cutting out of the Snap fit BOX

I have designed the Box in solid works and then made a DXF file ,to then open in Corel Draw to Cut on the lazer Cutter.

I chose to cut my Snap fit box on a 3mm Plywood.

Using the Vynl cutter

Using the Vynl cutter , I have used Corel Draw. I brought in an immage from a picture and then locked the picture. I started to create the picture into vectors and then staretd to cut it out from the Vynl cutter

using a Tweaser, pulling out the unwanted parts

I wanted to past the design on the door, thus I used masking tape to transfer the vynl from the sheet to the masking tape
