Computer-Aided Design
Model of final proyect in Autodesk Inventor

When you draw in Inventor, if your assembly is made by parts, you can easily do this kind of drawings, the best is when you modify some parameter all the related parts get the update. So you have to update only the model, the drawings and presentations follow the update.
This video was made using Autodesk Inventor ipt file, .ipt extension is the environment for developing presentations. You start by an assembly and then you select each part and a distance from the original position, this tool is called "Tweak component"

Onshape
I try Onshape and found very powerful to be a cloud web based cad, the project is awesome and I think would be great in newer releases, but for now I think is slow and you really need to spend more time than similar programs like Fusion 360. This is a very simple experiment I did for a workshop. But in the way, I learn how to make a parametric part and then make an assembly with the parts. The most difficult part was to make the "mate operations"

Description:
This class is about computer aided design software, here I start thinking about the final proyect axis, using different tools and environments, like Autodesk Inventor and OwnCloud . I also explore Antimony, looking for geometric generative possibilities and iterations. (playing) :)
